CPU fans spins but MB ports doesn't have power

Hello friends

My PC turns ON , processor fan runs, SMPS fan runs and backside fan runs. I see no signal on my LCD screen. I tried all methods in forums like removing RAM,CMOS etc.
I noticed the LAN cable port which blinks when powered ON is not blinking , keyboard,mouse all didn't light up. Is there an issue with power supply .

Kindly help me.

Doe it beep when you try to boot? Does the MB have a piazo speaker attached to it to beep if you have a hardware issue? Did it ever work?

No,it doesn't have . What may be the problem for usb ports not powered ON .

The first place to look is to see if it is enabled in BIOS!
