Windows 7 not booting

Hello,
I have Dell Inspiron 15R 5521 system. After pressing the power button, it is turning on and then the screen is going blank and black after showing the windows logo. I tried the option "Last Known Good Configuration". But i need do it every time i start my system. Is there a permanent solution for this issue? And what may be the reason of this issue?

have you got a USB device plugged in? like storage space or a bluetooth device?

Are you able to boot in to safe mode?
