My up arrow is not working.

Hi. I'm not good at english, so plz understand. :D

I have a problem with my keyboard.
Up arrow key is not working.
Shift+up arrow key is working (like dragging mouse), but only up arrow key is not working.
Num pad 8 is not working, too(when I turn off num pad).
If I change 'wasd' and arrows (Fn+W), up arrow is work (it types w). But w key doesn't work.

I tried many times but I can't solve it. Scroll lock, use another key board, etc...
If you know the solution, tell me everything plz! Thanks!

To troubleshoot, try an external monitor, is it works,
I suggest that you get the laptop keyboard cleaned, it's certainly a bad circuit issue.

Oh. I didn't explain that. lol
Yeah it's laptop and I assembled it. It worked very well at first. But oneday it broke.
I didn't change any settings.
