For some reason, the Likes counter on our page at Twitter is not updating. We had a viral Tweet on 12/July/17 that has had over 1600 Likes, but none of them have been added to our overall total. Anyone know why and what we can do about it? Trying to contact Twitter is useless.

There is nothing we can do, or even attempt to explain what has happened. I would suggest stop using the service if you do not get any satisfaction from them regarding the issue! Oh, but you can't. I understand it is a very profitable platform at the moment. Perhaps that is why there has been no response from them, because they really do not need another customer!
