How to access Yahoo mail account with new phone

My phone has changed. I do not posess the old phone. thusly the new phone has new number. I can not recover the entry to my email box. How do i approach this matter?? I have tried going through the yahoo recovery prompts.. only to be lead in circles that do not suceed in my quest.CAn i simply have the knowledge to get into my accoount and without going through the acoount key process!
