SD card not showing in recovery software

My data has been deleted from my sd card. In a recovery software "recovermyfiles" I found that my card is not shown in the console of the software, when I connect my mobile to the computer.

Perhaps you ned to allow the PC to make the conneciton, from the phone. When you make th econnections, does the phone ask what do youwant to do with the device? If so, answer explore, or connect. Do not select CHARGE ONLY!
