Hello,

I need help my FB was hacked n really want to get back my husband passed away n Jan all his photos n stuff r on there. They added a crystal on my Google account n I can't even find my fb

They added a crystal to my Google account..I think I got her off..well I don't know nothing about this stuff so I just made a new one n now I can't get on it..I am not even getting emails

Beth, you say that they added a crystal to your Google account, I thought that it was your Facebook that you say got hacked.

You created a new one ! Google or Facebook ?

Please take you time and explain clearly the entire situation and don't mix Google and Facebook.
