Sorry about your predicament. Unfortunately after 9 months of inactivity Gmail accounts are deleted from the server, they no longer exist.
Certainly that authorities will help you reconnect with your family.

Wow, this is not a technical issue. You only issue was to get your contacts back? What does the local police say about you loosing your phone?
I am not certain I would care to travel to Tacoin!!! It sounds like a lawless crap of a place! Thank goodness the controllers failed to place it on ANY US MAP! WHEW!
