The virus report in this case will be a false positive. Windows and Mac are not compatible.
Using the same usb drive for different system is not advised.

I would have to agree with @ambucias, these two devices are not compatible so it won't work. Similar to iOS and android.

You need not to find other people, just reproduce the error yourself. Of course you will need the very same antivirus software that will scan and detect the Mac files as a virus.
