Unfortunately, if, when you created the account, you have not registered an alternate recovery email address to which you have access to receive an account key, you cannot prove that you are the account's legitimate owner. Hence account recovery is absolutely impossible and there is no way around it.

Thanks for your help. My account is s_******@yahoo.com. my phone have this account. But that account said cannot get mail because the connection to the server failed. But I can send messages, can't receive any messages. But I cannot open anywhere, they said password incorrect & my account not joined any of my accounts. I also forgot my security questions, so what to do. My all important files in my account, that files cannot open. Please help anyone. Thank you.

First you say the connection to the server failed, then you say your password is incorrect. Which one is it?

I cannot open my account, password incorrect, they asked two security questions, but I forgot both questions. But I forgot my recovery mail also, so how to open my account.
