Hello,
I'm trying to recover my father's Yahoo account he passed away almost 3 years ago don't know recovery email and don't have access to his old mobile number but it does find his account by his old number and I'm stuck there

Sorry, there is no way to recover the account. It's probably purged from inactivity by now.
