Ypu dont. Its called grand theft auto. Everyone is a theif. Locks have no use!!!

Car doors in Sanandreas barely get lock. You can check it by Shift+L, this sometimes works in GTA. But the game is all about this. This is the real fun to complete all the missions.

No it doesn't. It defeats the purpose of the game. Everyone is a car thief.
