Hi,
It's a known issue. The "App passwords" option isn't available for Yahoo Mail accounts at this time. You can refer to this thread for more info.
As a workaround, you can access your account from the website or the app.

It may be a page loading issue. I would suggest using a different browser or clearing the browser cache and reloading the page.

Just checked my own Yahoo accounts, and I can currently access my app passwords.
I should say that I only have four Yahoo accounts, so this is not an exhaustive test!

Thanks for the info! I've found an update about the feature here. If you use a familiar device (and if Yahoo still recognize it as familiar) you may still be able to generate an app password, as in your case.
