Broadband connection hangs up

Hello,
i hav got new broad band connection,but my problem is that when i start the broadband its works smoothly but after sometime as the speed increases,after some time my laptop hangs up and again i have to either restart my laptop or internet connection.kindly help me as i cant open papes nor log to yahoo messenger.

Dear Sir,

I will advise you to update your system and antivirus also!

Then do a complete system scan

I think that your computer is infected
