Hi,
You should make your "Hard Disk Drive Recovery" using the recovery partition. I give you the link to your laptop user guide, read the page 62 : https://content.us.dynabook.com/content/support/manuals/userguides/su2166829/GMAD00162012_SatL300_08July25.pdf
