Gprs setting

Hello,
i m gaurav nd i belongs to himachal pradesh
i want to activate internet on my cellphone nd that is nokia 3110 classic..
i have also entered settings.but there is a message "subscribe packer data first nd link not available".
plz send me solution of this problem as soon as possible.My cell number is 94590-94753.

please contact your network

supplier and give them error code

this is the best way
