Virus efected my .exe files

Hello,
my pc is being efected by viruses my .exe fileshas been efected so what shuld i do no icons have been shown nd it is not opening any thing so what shuld i do

if i was you, i would back up any data that you need. ie documents folder.
and i would wipe the harddrive and reinstall the operating system.

then i would invest in a reputable well known internet security suite

then i would do a ghost image of your hard drive and put it in a safe place.

all this before i contemplate going back on the internet again.
