Slow computer

Hai there,
Once again I have got a problem, my computer is so slow in working please help me what to do and what are the steps to be taken to speed it up a little bit, and also note that I don't have any Network connection.

Hi there,

make a disk defrag

go to my computer>c :drive

right click on it and select defrag

and add more ram to it
