Forgot my password for my router??? [Solved/Closed]

Hi I have just bought my self a new laptop and I can't get on to my net as I can't find the password for my router is there anyway to bypass my wpa2 password as I don't need to change any of my settings on it I just want to get this new laptop online lol cheers

well if u forgot ur password u can recover it by simply connecting one of ur computer with the help of cable to router port 1, then open the browser and enter in address bar ...
username ....... (blank)
password : admin
go to wireless ...then goto wireless security ... and there is ur security WPA key ...password.. make a not of it and try to connect it...
it would work without changing any personal settings...

Download and run this program on a laptop with access. The program will display the existing key.

On a mac? Change it by going to Applications, then to Utilities, then Keychain Access, under passwords, double click your wireless name, select show password, type your computers access password, then save changes.
