DVD-Rom problem

Hello,
I've 2 DVD-Rom.one of them,can't read any kinds of cd,and it shows "please insert cd".
please help me.

Dear Mpour,

It might be resulting from inferior reading lens quality.

This will be solved by replacing the lens but I would however be recommending you to buy a new one.
