How to flash a sony Ericsson Mobile

Hello,
i am R kalaiyarasan ... i having sony Ericsson W550i mobile, There is a problem when i try open the internet service page it shows "something is wrong with the page you tried to access. Choose another link" .
i dont know how to solve this problem... pl guide me also how to flash a mobile.......... thank you....
