I completely uninstalled my sound option

Hello,
i addictelly erased/uninstalled my entire sound, video games option trying to restore it, thinking that if I did so that maybe it would be easier to install. After following all the steps given to install my computer said that it had already been install but I still wasn't getting any sound...Please help, I think I really messed up now!?

I completely uninstalled my sound option
Sound picker - Guide
Mac show sound in menu bar - Guide
Fx sound - Download - Other
Ps4 turn off controller sound - Guide
Beeping sound pc - Guide
