Regedit disabled

Hello,
when i try to regedit in 'start-run'.... then shows an error."regedit has been disabled by ur admin". what is the solution abt this...?

Dear Sir,

As a user, you won't have enough privilege to enable the registry files.

Please contact your administrator and request him to remove the

specific restrictions on the account.
