Svchost.exe file capture my system Speed.

Hello,
i have used Win xp sp2 Os in my machine with Internet connection. everyday i will open my pc automatically this file (svchost.exe) come to my pc. so every time i will go the Taskmgr -> select the process tab -> end process the svchost.exe file. after that i my pc working speed.

please help me. how can i delete the svchost.exe file. in my pc? permanantly .
