Cannt get connection on my pc

Hi,

I cant get any internet connection on my computer i know it is working since on my laptop everything is ok and all connections are correctly working. But on my desktop having some problems cannot connect at all. I have tried running ipconfig/all to check all the connection but cant understand a single line of what it is asking me for. Then what should i do?

What u have to do is check your local area conecction first(lan adapter) make sure it's stated that it's connected, if it's said limited connectivity, make it obtain ip address automatically and dns server address automatically on the lan (TCP/IP}properties, then try to ping your modem to the provided modem ip( example 192.168.1.1 }depending on your modem. If it's said received 32ms no loss, then it's should be okay,next connect to internet either manual or auto depending on your isp.


If all of the configaration did not work reformat your pc because the lan driver have been crash with window due to virus good luck............
