No service and Not detecting

Hello,
I am sagar my ipod is not working i have put the SIM and its showing No Services what to do tell me.....Plz
in the Ipod there is no songs all its not detecting and the camera is also not working
when i start take picture from camera its capturing the picture and showing in Pink colour.

How to install the software in the Ipod phone........

plz help me

Please provide more information also confirm the mobile one model,did you try another sim with it?
