if your system came with a twinload CD, then just boot it up with that CD in.
NOTE: the CD should be labelled along the lines of twinload windows XP"
if not,
get yourself an XP disc,
reboot using the CDROM as your primary boot device and follow the onscreen instructions.
(Format then re install using XP.)
