I Can't play my Windows Media player.

Hello,
I just had my PC reformated twice. I just got it back last night. Now, I can't play my Windows Media player.. I told him if he install a HardDrive, to play music.. When i play a song on windows media It automactcally showsa RED X Whats wring with this PC???? NO SOUND.. I think I need a sound drive? Right? I want a free one.. sign Shirley.. Reply..

Hi there,

Use your driver cd or download it from manufacturer official website and get the sound on your pc.
