hi, 
        When I open device manager it shows an exclamatory mark on VGA. Please solve my problem . I am giving you my PC:

Dear SIr,

This exclamation mark actually suggests that you have to get the particular driver updated in order to have it working properly. Just right click on it and select Update Driver to get the problem solved.
