About distorted sound

Hello,
I have a laptop 32 bit os dou core,when i change my os from vista ultimate to windows 7 everything was fine except the sound i got distorted sound,is it about not compatible driver?have any idea regarding to my problem, thanks.

diffrent operantin system need difftert types driver as sound/ vj/ wirless. vista need vista supported driver. sp-3 need it supported driver. in this way window 7 may need it supported driver serch in inter net. now iam bearing same case . i had vista then i could not keep sp-2. because ram is 4gb. so ikept sp-3. till i could not get it supported wireless drive on it . i used many types driver but not sucess. thanks

yeah that's what i thought but is there any realtek driver that compatible for windows 7?thanks for your respond...
