How to run internet on mobil from pc

Hello,
i have black berry 8210 wi fi mobile phone and i want to connect it to my pc for free internet browsing. alos i have line for internet for pc , now i wants to run pc and mobil both by that connection ,
kindly assist me by sending me a guidlines to this. thanks
