Help accessing Samsung Star internet network

Can someone please tell me how to acess my internet on my Samsung star phone, as every time i enter it displays 'service unavailable'

Dear Chazza,

You should consider contacting your service provider in order to obtain its GPRS settings and instructions for setting it up on your phone.
