My computer doesn't recognize my zen creative

Can someone help me please? when i try to connect my zen to my computer it doesn't connect. I tried it with device manager, but it says 'device unknown'. my computer doesn't recognizes it.
I can charge my mp3 and listen to music, but i can't add more music or anything.
help me, please!

Have you installed the driver?If not hen use driver cd or download it from official Creative website,here is the download link:
