Yahoo Mail does not recognize ANY of my info! Closed

Question

Tried all the regular suggestions to get back into my Yahoo mail but all failed since Yahoo does not recognize my ID, Yahoo mailxxx@yahoo.com, phone number I even tried the alternate email which only got me to my alternate email list and NOT back to my regular Yahoo Mail.

Talked to a guy from Yahoo help(phone)(he must have been in India) to try and help me. He said he could not help and wrote up an email about my problem and sent it to a TEAM group to try to help; still waiting a couple of days for them to reach me with my alternate email and my phone number. I'll keep waiting. Any other suggestions for this problem? I'll maybe try to call them again?

Are you sure that you called the official Yahoo Mail support? The tech support is only available for premium users. Here's the link to their official support page.

If you indeed called the official team support, I suggest you wait until they come back to you. They may take a few weeks.

In case you haven't accessed your account for more than 1 year, then it was automatically deleted due to inactivity and recovery will be impossible.
