Windows unable to recognize USB (2GB KingstonClosed

Question

I have a 2GB USB Kingston and it had a 3rd party security software and I enabled it and created password to protect my data. But, unfortunately after that my Windows is not recognizing USB and hence I can't access stored data. Any help is very much appreciated. Please Help

Configuration: Windows Vista / Internet Explorer 8.0
