Dear Sir,

Please consider updating its sound driver in order to have the problem fixed.

Thanks.

Hi,

You have to download the audio driver for windows 7 32 bit. If you know the manufacturer you can check with them or go to their support website.

What satellite model do you have?

Check this out:

Make sure you choose the driver for windows 7.

Below is a tool that'll help you check what driver you'll need.

Last, but not the least, install all the updates. In Vista and Windows 7, drivers are mostly loaded the moment updates are installed.

Cheers.

You will need to download the Audio Drivers a utility Disc which may have to pay for it.
