Help! Please my interner browser wont open

Hello,
My name is Edgar I have a problem with my laptop. the internet browser wont start when i open the internet explorer it closes down by itself. when i open Firefox it just wont open or safari can y'all please help me with this, i already installed them 3 times but it dint work

There should be some missing system files and I will advise you to have the OS repaired for solving the matter.
