Changing screen orientation

Hello,
I used to be able to change my screen orientation using ctrl+alt then left or right arrow, now its stopped working how do I get it to work again please
i know how to do it via the control panel/display config.
I'm using vista.
help is greatly appreciated.

If you installed a fresh copy of Windows then you will need to also install the drivers needed for your computer.

I suggest you go to the manufacturers web site and download and install the video and motherboard drivers.
