Computer reboot at startup

Hello,.. I have the same problem, after memory test screen comes the windows XP screen where dots at the bottom moves & when PC supsed to come on, the blue screen comes for less then a second, there is some thing on that blue screen that I can not read & my computer reboots, I have checked the HD on another PC, no virus. what am I dealing with here? pease help

Unless you are a very advanced PC user the best advise I can give you is to take it to a repair shop and get an estimate for repair or pay for a diagnosis only. You should not spend more than 50% of the replacement value on a repair.

check in power otion in control panel

change in default settings

or

check the smps
