Karboon mobiles pc suite installation problem

Hello,
i have karboon mobiles k488 and i idownloaded its pc suite from the karboon site,
i installed karboon usb but my pc is not detecting the driver how can i solve this problem

Hi there,

Install the pc suite,restart pc then connect your data cable and phone,if not then try using another usb cable for same model or connect to other usb ports.
