Windows XP cd installation problem!Closed

Hello, 
I was trying to install windows xp on my computer. It loads everything correctly then after i agree to the license agreements it gets the "Blue Screen of Death" IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL STOP: 0x0000000A (0xF000E987, 0x00000002, 0x00000001, (x807CD90E). BTW i have AMI BIOS. IMPORTANT NOTE: I CAN'T UPDATE THE AMI BIOS BECAUSE I CAN'T LOAD WINDOWS!!! I THINK MY PROBLEM IS MY AMI BIOS SETTINGS PLEASE HELP!!! AND IT IS 2002 AMI BIOS! PLEASE HELP THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :D
