Help with my ace biloxi phone

Hello,
I have a biloxi ace mobile, but i don't know what happened that the menu doesn't show. I can only make calls and reply text sms. Somebody knows someting to do to fix it? I tried to contact the Ace Mobile Group but they don't answer. Can someone help me please?! :)

Dear Diana,

Please consider check whether the SIM card is working correctly for it seems that there is no network coverage on it.
