Can't pull up internet explorer browser

Hello, I was on vacation in orlando fla signed in to go on line by wifi showed connected went to pull browser up no luck. my grandson had played with my laptop several weeks prior the only time I use laptop is when I travel. Help me please going on another trip soon need laptop

Hello,

Try this 1

Right click on the "Internet Explorer" -->Click on "Properties" --> Click on

"Advanced" tab-->click on "Reset" button.
