Force Restart of laptop by itself

Hello,

I have a compaq presario CQ35 laptop, everytime I will leave my laptop for around 10 minutes or above it will automaticaly force to restart. it happend for how many times already. can someone help me on how to fix this problem because im worried f it will happend over and over it will damaged the memory or HD or OS of my laptop.

Dear Sly,

There might be some missing or corrupted files that is causing the trouble and hence I will either advise you to get your system repaired or restore the laptop to factory settings.
