DVDs play in split screen

Hello,

My DVDs play in split screen.
How can I restore to single screen?

Dear Colin44,

Please consider removing its cable and connect it again. You will have a pop up screen where you will be able to have the display settings adjusted.

Tried that, but did not work.
Thanks for suggestion, but still have problem.
Streamed video from internet, eg YouTube, is not split - only DVD, both bought and home-made

go in to control panel click on display then settings change color to 16bit
