Hey guys,

I have an Acer Aspire 6935. It had bluetooth with a dedicated button.

All was working fine until it needed the motherboard replacing via the Tech Guys (Currys) and when it came back the bluetooth wouldnt work, i just get the message 'No bluetooth device found'.

I have tried re installing drivers but it will only let me get so far before saying it cant detect any bluetooth, make sure the device is connected properly! Grrrr!

Someone told me i should check in System Bios to see if wireless bluetooth is off. Tried but no where to get in to integrated devices.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Its meant to be getting taken back to the Tech Guys with a probabiliby they will write it off - crazy - and give me a replacement but in the meantime if i can fix it so that would be great.

Any ideas would be gratefully received!

Thank you! x

Hi there,

The new motherboard may not be having the Bluetooth integrated in it,try driver detective on laptop and if ever the hardware is inbuilt it will do needful to install it for you:
