Compaq V3000 Black screenClosed

Hello, 


I have a compaq presario V3000 series. Whenever i switch it on it shows a black screen but the power indicators still show light. But when i plug it in to the ac adapter. the screen works. Please help to resolve my problem.

Hi, 

Your battery may be low with power reserved on it which does this reaction when you power it on,it may be dead in future for which you will have to purchase battery in future,You may have not maintained it properly for longer life,try this Faq and get instructions for battery maintainance :
