Have nokia updater installed on system by downloading it using the link below:
https://www.nokia.com/phones/fr_fr/support/
After installation of application restart pc launch updater software,when prompted connect mobile and pc via the usb data cable.Application will search for recent/latest update .Be sure to remove memory card and profile is set to general before proceeding as well as there will be a white screen during the update installation,.Also put mobile phone on charge before connecting to pc and do not disconnect till its completed else situation will be worst than it is now.Or another solution is to send to mobile phone repair center and let them do needful for it.
