Airtel works but tata docomo did not works on my pc

Hello,
I am using airtel network to use internet on my pc. That works perfectly.but when i am trying to replace tata docomo that also connected well but it only sending data but not receving.is there any proxy address or IP address i have to change to use it?
Please give me a solution E-Mail ID is removed for your security
