My taskbar/icons/taskmanger are missing.

Hello, I turned on my computer & Everythings missing, No taskbar,no Icons, & when I click CTRL+ALT+DELETE , then click Start Task Manager, nothing comes up. What am I suppose to do? Thanks help.

Is the screen displaying anything? I suggest you Re-install Windows because you have a virus.

How do I reinstall windows ? Like what should I do, I can't do anything?

You will need the Windows CD.
1. get into the BIOS and change the first boot device to the CD drive
2. restart the computer with the Windows CD in the drive
3. follow on screen instructions

This will erase all your programs and files.

Windows XP also has a "repair/install" that will preserve your data. This link will tgive you instructions: http://www.michaelstevenstech.com/XPrepairinstall.htm
